Our server’s are deployed on an enterprise grade Virtualisation platform. This system is designed to be fault tolerant, in providing multiple hosts, redundant networking and multiple storage arrays.

Backups are performed on a daily basis (entire server snapshots) as well as separate daily account backups for WHM/cPanel servers.

In the unlikely event of a host server failure, the system can be restarted very quickly (approx 5 minute downtime) on another host.

As for an outage with a connectivity provider, we maintain 6 independent connectivity providers, which in itself proves a great level of redundancy. If a link does go down, routing automatically updates to remove the affected route and traffic continues to flow over the remaining links. All providers have a very tight SLA for connectivity uptime and provide 24x7 fault reporting and resolution.
