Terms and conditions:
Once your order has been submitted we will review it to confirm your supplied information. If any additional information is required we will contact you directly via the supplied details. Once your new package has been set up, you will be invoiced on the following working day. This invoice must be paid within 14 working days or your account will be terminated.
The supplied invoice is for 12 months hosting, to be paid in advance (including a set-up fee). If you decide to cancel your package prior to the end of the 12 month period specified you will not be refunded for any unused period.
You will continue to receive yearly invoices (without the set-up fee) one month prior to the date of your package renewal. These subsequent invoices must be paid prior to the end of the 12 month period or your account will be suspended.
A hosting document will be supplied to you shortly after your account has been successfully set-up and will include all of your account details and cPanel login (username and password).
